Hi all,

I have a query about Outlook's 2000 printing ability. I
print to various HP5 and HP4050 printers. But when ever I
try to print one page (i.e. the first page)of a long email
I don't have any options to allow me to do it?

Is this a restraint of the software or is it a problem
with the printer side of things? (I'd like to be able to
save some trees!)

Has anyone else come across this? is so do you have a
workaround.

Any help as ever is much appreciated.

Cheers

I'd like to add a little more info.

I'm using Windows 2000 Prof as the OS patched up to
service pack 3, Outlook is version 2000. The correct term
is PAGE RANGE. I'd like to be able to print just one
page, instead of only currently being able to print all
pages from an email.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Outlook provides no way to do this, except for HTML format messages. A
workaround is to save the message as a file, open in Word, and use Word's
more flexible printing.
