Outlook 2000 - Selecting names for email, not FAX

When selecting names for email, is there a way to see only
email info and not the person's FAX number? We do not FAX
from ddesktop, so I never need it.

Any help appreciated. JH

Add an F or FAX to the beginning of the number. There are utilities
available that will do it for you, if you have a lot of numbers.
