When I am sent files that could have code in them Outlook
blocks them. I tried lowering my security but this doesn't
seem to do what it is supposed to.

Any ideas. File types Access and Excel

It is best that you compress (zip) these files when sending as the security
is controlled by the receiver not the sender. When you send a file as a zip
file (even the ones that could contain code) the attachment won't be
blocked.
