Outlook 2000 post-sp3 hotfix

This hotfix was supposed to fix an error where outlook
locks up while exiting. The screen "Please wait while
Outlook exits" remains on the screen. I've installed this
hotfix, but the hang up still occurs. Does anyone know
anything about this?

No clue whatsoever. What is the KB article that you referenced for this
hotfix? Have you tried contacting Microsoft again about the lack of success
with the Hotfix?
