Outlook 2000 on W2K

opened several archive PSTs and now can't close them: "Messaging interface
has returned unknown error" Is this normal? How do I close them? Ran D&R.

It's not normal. Your profile is corrupt. Create a new one if Outlook is
installed in CW-Mode!
