Outlook 2000 on Vista cannot find the WAB.DLL file. What's wrong?

I just got a new computer running Windows Vista. I installed Office 2000. I'm
now trying to setup Outlook 2000. When I get into Outlook and try to enter a
contact and save it a message comes up and tells me there was an error,
unable to find Windows Address Book (WAB.DLL). What is wrong and how can it
be fixed?
 
Office 2000 on Vista? You must be kidding. Not compatible, especially if you
are using IMO mode.
