Outlook 2000 Multi Calendar ?

We have a user that maintains a calendar for her
supervisor and also maintains a calendar for the Marketing
Group. The same appts. that go in the supervisor's
calendar need to also go on the marketing calendar. Is it
possible to enter once, yet be posting on both at one time?

Why post one time as Bec and another a Mel?
