Where do I find the checkbox in Office 2000 that leaves email messages on
the server?

Actually, I'm kind of flying blind on this one. I have 2002 and my client
has the 2000 and there is just enough difference between the two, it makes
it very difficult to walk them through. So if it was 2002, then the
answer would be Tools>Email Accounts>check "View or change existing
e-accounts">Next>Highlight email account and select Change>More
Settings>Advanced>Make sure the box under "Delivery" beside "Leave a copy
of messages on the server" is unchanged.

know that while I can give the instructions for 2000 Corp, it's not the
same as in Internet mode.
In corp., it's tools, services, select account name, click Properties,
Advanced tab of dialog. I have no idea in Internet mode.

Well, based on your answer I just called him and he said he doesn't have a
selection for services, so it must be the Internet mode.--

client has the 2000 and there is just enough difference between the two,
it makes it very difficult to walk them through. So if it was 2002,
