Outlook 2000 holidays not visible

All,
I have installed the U.S. Holidays (Tools / Options/Calendar / Add Holidays) but they are not visible in the calendar. Any ideas?
 
The holidays file that came with Outlook 2000 only included holidays through
the year 2002. You'll need to download and install an updated holidays
file. Links to several such files, and instructions for using them, can be
