Outlook 2000 Help please

I recently uninstalled hotbar, and am now getting the following messages
when i open outlook.

The add in c:\program~\hotbar missing
or
You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file

I click ok twice and it disappears!!

I tried repair outlook, and it did not fix it.

Can someone please help.
