Outlook 2000+ Forms Replacing

I have created a Custom Contact form called Contacts (not
Contact)in Outlook XP(but also have 2000 and 2003)which
has some modifications. I have set it up that when I
create a new Contact it uses this form. But is there a
way to convert all my other contacts so they now also use
this form?

You need to change the MessageClass on the existing items to point to your
new form's class. See

Go to Microsoft and download OMSGCLAS.EXE. This is a self extracting EXE that will provide you with a word macro called OMSGCLAS.DOC. Set your word macro security to low (tools-macros-security) and then open the OMSGCLAS.DOC macro. It will ask you to name the folder (your contacts are in) and the name of the custom form. It then processes through all the contacts and changes the message class to use the new custom for for editing existing contact items.
