Outlook 2000 - - Folder List

I want to add a new folder from a different drive to the
Folder List to move email from the Inbox (with the purpose
of free up some space in the Mail box). Is this
possible? - - Can you tell me how to? - - Thanks

Sure. File>New>Personal Folders File. Browse to the folder where you want
it, enter a name for it (or accept the default), and click OK. You'll then
get a properties page for it whee you can give it a display name other than
"Personal Folders" so that you don't confuse it with your current Personal
Folders.
