Outlook 2000 Error Message

Hello,

We just finished converting over to Exchange 2003 but we have noticed on
out Outlooks that when we and try to open certain messages we get a message
saying "This item contains active content that cannot be displayed in the
preview pane". This seems to be a problem as our users need to open some of
there e-mails. We have all our Outlook 2000's running SP3 and all the
updates.


If Some on can please help us it would be greatly appreciated...

If you turn off the preview pane and doubleclick the email to open it, what
happens? Does it work that way or do you still see the same message?

When I turn Off the Preview Pane and double click the e-mail I get "Can't
open this item. Could not complete the operation because the service
provider does not support it." message
