Outlook 2000 - Downloading holidays

In the past I have downloaded holdidays into the Calendar. Does anyone know
if I can download 2008 holidays? If so, how do I do it?

Look at the paragraph toward the bottom that starts with "For earlier
versions". There's a link to a file containing holidays up to 2012
