Outlook 2000 displays (Holidays and reoccurring events) across two days

Has anyone else had a problem with Outlook 2000 displaying
holidays and reoccurring events across two days. i.e. Tax
Day is displayed on April 14 - 15th. The same thing holds
true for all holidays from April - October. The problem
seems to correct itself in the other months. Any help
would be appreciated
 
I had same problem and solved by going to Windows' "Adjust Date/Time", Time Zone Tab, and choosing "automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes."
