It will depend on what version of Personal Folder File (.pst) is being used
in Outlook 2003. To find out what version of .pst file is being used Open
Outlook and right click on the .pst file in the Navigation Pane and select
Properties. Then click on the Advanced button and the Format line will
either say Personal Folder File or Personal Folder File (97-2002). If it
says Personal Folder FIle (97-2002) then you can copy the .pst file to
another machine with Outlook 2000 and import the file or simply open it. If
it is the other format then you will need to create an old format .pst file
and open it with Outlook 2003 and copy all of the information from the
original .pst file into the one you created. I hope this isnt too confusing.
