Hi all, we are using Outlook 2000. We have created a list of our business
contacts under “contactsâ€. Our problem is we want to send out a monthly
newsletter, but we are at this time copy and pasting the email address from
each contact to our newsletter. I know there is a way to “tell†outlook to
send an email to everyone in my contacts list, but how?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Michael

Select the contacts you want via the Address Book while composing, in
Contacts folder and then use the Actions menu or use a mail merge.

Thanks, we will give it a try.

You're welcome :-)

I saw some of my inking didn't get in the message. Please realize that I
made 3 separate suggestions. It might not look that clear from how it's
written how. Sorry about that.
