On a few machines, I'm having trouble with opening an
attachment. When I go to view attachments.. it gives me
a prompt *didn't used to* to open or save, then when I
click open, it opens the system32 folder.
If I click on save, it says "Cannot save the URL to a
file. Path does not exist. Make sure path is correct."
This same email is able to be opened from other identical
machines.
Since the problem started, I've tried to fix it by
applying SP3 for office to the computers, but that did
not change anything. I have also made sure all of the
other updates for office have been installed, but still,
to no avail.
The attachment that is being sent is an excel
spreadsheet. If anyone has any ideas on how to correct
this, you've my thanks in advance.
