Hi,

Can someone tell me why my archive folders have disappeared? I still
have an archive pst file but the folder is not visible. I am using
Outlook 2000 and Win XP.

Kind regards,

Alison

Archive folders don't have to be visible in the Folders List in order to
work. If you want it back, click File>Open>Personal Folders File, browse to
the archive PST, select it, and click OK.

Brian,

Thanks for your message, I can now see the archive folders again. In
the past I have always been able to see these folders when Outlook
opens. My next question is how can I keep them visible?

Kind regards,

Alison

Since you've opened them, Outlook should remember.
