Outlook 2000 and PST loading problems

I have two pst files I wish to load into my Outlook.
However, the system does not allow me to do so.

I reach the "Import Personal Folders" screen, select the
pst file with the correct path and press "Next".
Following that, I get the following error screen:

Personal Folders
Properties for this information service must be defined
prior to use.

The help has not helped me identify the cause.

Any ideas ?

George,

The .Pst file are read only that's why you are getting
this error. Uncheck the read only box in property window
then use import wizard.

Don't import. Use File>Open>Personal Folders File to open multiple PSTs.
Make sure they are not read-only.
