outlook 2000 address book will not open

Outllok 2000 address book will not open, get error message that it cannot
find wab.dll. What is the solution to this problem?
 
You'd be in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode. On which operating system?

I'd think IMO mode would not be supported by now. Change to
Corporate/Workgroup mode.

If this is Vista then OL 2000 is not supported at all (although it might
work).
