Outlook 03 stopped receiving mail

My Outlook 2003 suddenly cannot connect to my incoming servers (i have 2
emails setup).
I haven't changed any settings, and i haven't changed or added anything on
my computer either. I am still able to receive emails from these accounts
through my Outlook 2003 at work, but not at home.
Anyone know why?
 
Here is the error i get (didnt see it on the page you sent)

The connection to the server has failed... Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any ideas?

Socket Error: 10061 is often related to a blocked, or otherwise inaccessible
port. Check your firewall, and check your AV for trouble with the email
scanning module.
