When I copy & paste a link into an Outlook 2003 e-mail, it doesn't appear as
a link (highlighted blue and underlined.)

On the other hand, if I manually type an e-mail address or link into a
e-mail, it appears as a link (highlighted blue and underlined.)

Can someone give me some direction on how to correct this problem?

Perplexed.....Keith

I'd try making sure you're not highlighting/copying anything more than just
the link. No extra spaces or hard returns at the end. I'd also suggest
that you check out the behavior using different email editors. In other
words, does this same thing happen when using Word as your email editor?
How about when not using it?

do you press enter or type a space after the end of the url? When you use
html format, you need to do either step to make it hyperlinked.

Pressing enter, or typing a space after the end of the url, both work.
Strange - I never had to do this before (I just reformatted.)

Oh well...thats for the tips.

And I've never seen Outlook behave any other way.
