I am not getting any images in my e mail on outlook express.Know need change
setting but not sure which ones.

Tools/Options/Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved..."

Mike was refering to the settings to allow attachments to be opened, it may
be that you mean pictures actually IN the email itself (like from Amazon.com
or similar).
If so, I have OE6 and I get the same (no pictures downloaded with the email)
BUT, in such emails, just under the subject line in the email appears a
message " Some pictures have been blocked to help prevent sender from
identifying your computer. Click here to download the pictures"
