the reply I received to the question was that my send/receive would return
when my account was set up correctly, contact my isp provider. This does
not seem to fit my problem.
I have been set up and using Outlook Express since February last year,
I have not knowing made any changes to the set since then.
I have spoken to Norton Security and they advise the problem is with Outlook
Express.
This is still a group for Outlook, not for Outlook Express. Try an OE
newsgroup for help with it.
Did the change in your access happen when you installed Norton Security and
OE was working before? If so it is Norton- bear in mind their helpline
advisors get measured on the length of the phone calls- their stats look
better when they get you off the phone and keep call times short.
