Outllook 2003 remains open in task manager

Running XP Pro, sp2, Office, sp1.
After closing Outlook, and upon checking the Task Manager, Outlook is still
active under the User Name column. Sometimes multiple Outlooks after all
have been closed, seem to still be running.

Any idea of what's wrong? This has happened utilizing Norton AV as well as
ZoneAlarm's virus program.

Thanks Diane, will follow up with my anti-virus prog to determine if it's
the culprit.
