Outllok Backup Untility won't work

I downloaded the Outlook Backup Ultility and it won't work. I installed the program, opened Outlook 2000 and clicked on Backup. I selected "Personal Folders" and selected a backup location. The next thing that happened is MSDOS opened a window up with a blinking curser in the top left corner. Thats it, thats all that happened. The machine that i installed this on is running WIN 98. Just for giggles, I installed the backup utility on the other machine in my house that is running XP Home and it worked. When I closed Outlook 2000, my machine beeped at me, so I went to the destination folder and found my backup copy. HEL

and type "Personal Folders Backup" (WITH qoutation marks) in the search for
field. Leave the product field as "All Microsoft Products". Leave the USING
field as All Words entered. There are 20 different scenarios of your
problem.
