The font of the outline view text shows the formatting. I want it to show
non-formatted text. I don't know what preference I changed but I want it to
go back to default.

How do I do this?

Thanks

When you click in the Outline pane, do you see a
toolbox on the left side? Is the bottom icon highlighted in color? It has two
A's on it, one small, one large. You probably accidentally clicked on it to
select it. Click on it once to de-select it. Does that do the trick?

Dawn,
Bring up the Outline Toolbar (Right click a toolbar and put a check next to
the word Outline). On that toolbar, you will see a button that looks like
two a's, one slanted, one not . Click that button. It should put you back to
an unformatted outline.
