I have two e-mail identies. 50-percent of the time when I
switch identies from one e-mail name to the other, it
doesn't switch. Instead, I have to reboot in order to get
back to Outlet Express. Can anyone tell me why this
happens? Thank you in advance for any support.

Yeah very funny - this question is fast catching up with "I upgraded to
IE6 SP1 and I can't open attachments in OE" and "I upgraded from W98 to
XP and all my messages have disappeared" - both of which have been
answered THOUSANDS of times in ......wait for it.......OE groups!
