Outgoing e-mails sent on available smtp - how can I stop them to s

I have several outlook accounts in 2003, which send on their individual smtp
outgoing servers. However, when one outgoing smtp does not work, outlook
automatically uses another account to send out the e-mail. These e-mails then
arrive with a different sent & reply address. Outlook 2000 did not do this,
but rather just did not send a message if the accounts respective smtp was
timed out or not available.

Thank you for your help, I have checked with our Software provioder, two IT
providers (both MS approved) and our internal IT staff but nobody could help
me.

This is a known issue/bug with Outlook 2003 that Microsoft is working on.
In the mean time, try authenticating to the outgoing SMTP server.
