Winston, you are the Man....thank you sooooooo.....much. It worked like a
charm....do you have any suggestions for opening up files....when I try to
send my resume it doesn't open...keep getting this file can not open...wont
allow me to copy and paste message....I'm sending as an attachment. again

Strange, in that Winston's suggestion should not have fixed your issue, since
the error message indicated that the SSL option was not enabled. The
SSL option *must* be enabled for that server.

What does ' when I try to send my resume it doesn't open' mean ?
Open in what ?
At the recipient end ?
Sending it to yourself ?
What format is the resume file (doc, pdf, rtf, txt, other )?
Is the resume file open in another program when it is being attached to an email ?
