outbox

Is Local Folders still there with a triangle or a box with + in it
to the left? If so, click on the triangle or box.
 
I still did not get my task bar back, but your advise did get me to the
outbox, Thanks
 
You're welcome.

I'm not sure what you mean by task bar, but you may need to experiment
with pressing the Alt key to make the toolbar show up, then clicking Tools,
then Layout, then adding checkmarks before whatever you think the
correct name for the task bar is, or removing checkmarks before wrong
guesses, then clicking Apply, then OK.
