outbox will not clear

I tried to send an email with a PDF file attached that was unfortunately 12M-
didn't see how big it was until I hit send. Now the email is locked up in
the Outbox and I cannot sne anything as the system keeps trying to send the
huge file. I cannot delte it, move it to a new folder, etc etc. When I try
to open it in the outbox it says I can't ope it as Outlook has already
started to send it.

How can I kill this???

Click File>Work Offline. Stop and restart Outlook. You should be able to
delete it now. Uncheck File>Work Offline again. Otherwise, see
