out of requency plz help!!

when i try to run my game(warcraft 3) my monitor displays:

OUT OF FREQUENCY

HF: 56.4kHz (is there a way
to adjust it?)
VF: 70.0 Hz

OPERATING FREQEUNCY

HF: 30 - 54kHz
VF: 50 -120 Hz

POWER MANAGEMENT 20sec.(it starts counting
down)

Go to the Control panel,
switch to Classic view,
double click Display,
Settings,
Advanced,
Adapter,
List all modes.
Highlite the one you want.
