it's in the outgoing mail box...can't get it to the receipient...how do I do
that...I know this is basic stuff, but with madman yelling at me it can't be
done...can't think anymore....

Are you connected to the internet / intranet? If no, please connect.
If yes, do a send / recieve. If still unable, there should be an error, do
post that error.

Error Message Received, or one variation of it....
"Task 'gmail.google.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The
connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact
your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'"

That message is usually the result of not authenticating to the outgoing
server, having an antivirus scanning outgoing mail (never necessary), or
having the server timeout set too low.

Ok, I'm new to this...where do I look for these things to fix them, if they
need fixing?

Check the properties of your AV scanner to see if it is configured to scan
mail and, if so, disable that feature. For some AV programs, it seems to be
necessary to uninstall and reinstall them without that feature.

For outgoing server authentication, look on the Outgoing Server tab of your
account properties pages. How to display that is Outlook version-specific
and you haven't shared that information.

The server timeout value is on the Advanced tab of your account properties
pages.

and now what do I do for Yahoo?

If you're using a North American Yahoo! server and you have only a free
Yahoo! account, you can't. Yahoo! expects you to may for the privilege of
using their yahoo.com or yahoo.ca servers.

Hmm, I tot we are talking about gmail from goggle ?? Why now we are into
Yahoo?? Are you talking about pop3 yahoo or goggle ??
