Out of Office

Hi, i have a problem with the out of office assistent, the thing is that if i
turn the function on, only the internal network will receive the message but
the outside world does not get anything, now i did change the function on my
exchange server that out of office is allowed, (global settings) but still it
does not work and will not send a message to the outside world,

anybody an idea what i am doing wrong
Systems is a w3k+w3k exchange / xp+office 2003
also on a winnt 4+exchange 5.x /xp +officd 97

Perhaps the Exchange newsgroups
(news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft..public.exchange.admin) will have a
better answer.
