As a web developer, I typically receive blind carbon copies of
messages generated by forms on various web sites. I do not want my
out of office reply to send on blind carbon copies or regular carbon
copies. Does anyone know if there is a way to send the out of office
reply only when my email address is in the "to" box? Thanks!

You can't. Better is to create a message rule then that only replys when you
are in the "To" field. Make sure you set some exceptions (for instance based
on the subject field so it will not reply on subject with e.g. reply,
failed, undeliverable, etc...) otherwhise you could create endless mailloops
between two mailservers and those can be a real threat to the mailservers!
