Does Anyone know how to do autoreply with a isp pop3 server in
outlook?

Use the webmail interface to that POP3 account to configure options, if
available, to enable an auto-responder at the server. Failing the
e-mail provider has a server-side auto-responder then read
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=311107. Be sure to read the "Note:"
near the end, and remember that you will also be auto-responding to
every spammer that send you their crap (or send your automated reply to
innocents that the spammer pretended was their e-mail address).
Personally I prefer NOT to announce to anyone that sends me e-mail that
I actually received it. If you are doing this while you are away from
work, be damn sure to check with your employer regarding their e-mail
policies as they may not want you using an auto-responder. It doesn't
look good that they cannot manage their own employees to provide
coverage for their customers just because one employee happened to take
a vacation (i.e., a company that bounces back on-vacation replies means
[it appears] that is an unreliable company to deal with).

Hello,
Thank you for the information. I will try it on web. I agree with most of
what you said but I am in Sweden right now. It works a little differently
here.. The link you sent did not work however I will try it again and see if
it was only down for service.
Best Regards,
Anna

If the link of http://support.microsoft.com/?id=311107 does not work at
your location then just go to that site and search on the KB article
number of 311107. If the site is unreachable from your location then
you have connectivity problems at your location, like a backbone
provider after your POP (point of presence) is down so you can't reach
sites on the other side of it.
