Out of Office Assistant is just a Inbox rule, and they do get corrupted
sometimes. If you are running Outlook 2003, then go to the folder where
Outlook is installed, typically, c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11,
at a command prompt and start Outlook with the following outlook.exe
/cleanrules. Ensure that Outlook is closed before doing. Unfortunately, this
will delete all of your rules, so if you have a lot of them, you should
export them first. If you need help with the command prompt part of this,
then do the following:
*go to Start-->Run...
*Type in "cmd" and hit Enter
*In the window type cd "\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11" and hit
enter
*Type outlook.exe /cleanrules
