Out of office assistant

My out of office assistant only to replies to emails specifically to me - not
to any emails i've been cc'd in - how can i change it so that all emails i
receive get my out of office reply when i'm away?
 
Add a rule that replies with a message and check both the messages to me and
'messages cc'd to me' boxes.
 
Thanks, however when you create the (same) message in the reply part of the
rule, you have to send it 'to' someone or it won't save it. I just want a
message sent to whoever might have sent to me, so what do i put here?
