Out Of Office Assistant - Outlook 2003

arhen choosing this one of my users gets an eroor messge " The command is not
available"

I have tried technotes 823472 and 238280 but to no avail

Any other ideas ?

Double check your steps - 823472 has always worked for me when I've run into
this problem. Barring that, you might try creating a new mail profile for
the user.
 
Since I'd already deleted and created another email profile I thought that I
would delete the users profile from the PC and re-create it, the out of
office works OK now.

I'm having this same problem. The out of office assistant is unavailable.
I've tried recreating the account that didn't work. I have not tried
deleting the user profile. Barring all that, where do I find the technote
823472 so I can try that.
