out of office assistant command is not working

when i click on out of office assistant command it shown message"The command
is not available see the program documentation about how to use this
extension."
 
Most likely you are not using an Exchange Server account. If you do,
please specify more information about your Outlook version and environment.
 
Yeah, this is only available for those using Exchange which is a business
class email server. If you're just accessing personal email, you're
probably using a POP3 account. In this case, you would setup an out of
office reply directly in the POP3 webmail interface provided by your email
provider.
