"out of frequency range"

We waking my system back up I periodically get a BIG red
warning message saying "Out of Frequency range". Anyone
know what this means? thanks

Means your monitor frequency is set to high, also your
resolution is set to high for your monitor

Greetings --

It means the monitor is not detecting any signal from the video
card, or the signal being sent is outside of the monitor's range.
