I have just changed ISP service. I can recieve e-mail in
my outlook 2002, but cannot send e-mails out. Switching to
outlook express, I can send and recieve e-mails through
the program. I have looked like crazy tring to correct the
problem, but can't seem to find a fix for the problem. Any
help would be great.

Does your ISP require that you authenticate? If yes, set this option on the
server tab of your account properties to authenticate using the same
credentials as your incoming server.

.

another thought
just double check if the smtp and pop3 settings are the
same in both places, and if they match your new ISP's
requirements. I had Outlook use the "new" ISP's pop3, but
the old ISP's smtp. Don't ask me how!!
