I have access to the contacts of a colleague but I don't have access to her
Mailbox. I'm trying to send en e-mail to people in my contacts and in her's.
But when I click on To I only have access to my contacts and not her's.
What can I do to have access to her contacts without copying her contacts in
my contact list?

This is normal behavior. My usual advice is to put business contacts in
public contacts folders. That said, you may be able to tweak this via the
following (I cribbed it from this group a while ago) - but I've never tried
it:

1. Start with a profile that logs directly onto the other user's mailbox,
not your own.

2. On the Properties dialog for the other user's Contacts folder, make sure
that it's set to display in the Outlook Address Book and give it a display
name other than contacts, such as Joe's Contacts.

3. Close Outlook.

4. In Control Panel | Mail, edit the *same profile* to change the mailbox
from the other user's to your own. On the Advanced tab of the Exchange
Server service, add the other user's mailbox as a secondary mailbox.

5. Restart Outlook, and you should see the Joe's Contacts in your Outlook
Address Book as well as your own Contacts folder.

We already have a public contacts folder for the employees of the company.
The personal contacts of my colleague are for her clients. Do you have
another suggestion.

Thank you very much for your answers.

No, sorry. If the clumsy workaround I suggested doesn't work, you probably
can't do it this way.

Sorry I can't give you happier news.
