I have NTSC DVD's I made of my home movies (from DV tapes, originally,
edited in MSMM2). I need to convert these to PAL VCD's (with the inherent
loss of quality etc..).
What is the easiest way of converting DVD's to VCD's? I could re-render my
edited AVI's (in MS Movie Maker and import them into DVD Builder etc etc but
I want to avoid all that work).
