Connect is the Microsoft portal for Technical Beta testers. You would
have to nominate yourself for inclusion in a specific program. Once you
are accepted, then you would have access to Connect. At one time MS
had a website where you could sign-up to become a Beta tester by
adding your name & info to their pool of potential tests.
