OT: Those CD sleeves from Technet subscription

Does anybody know where I can buy those little ring-punched sleeves that the
Technet subscription CDs come in?

The "single" version can be found at CompUSA and similar stores. I haven't
found a reliable source for the double or quad cd sleeves for 3-ring
binders.

My local store doesn't have them - perhaps special order?
