OT? Making install pckgs for installing wallpprs on XP by extreme newbie?

I'm really unsure how to package up a graphic so that my friend just
has to double-click on it as an email attachment and it'll then get
installed.

Like screensavers, the ideal would be to install the graphic and then
to set it as the default wallpaper. Hoping someone here knows how to
do this. Would appreciate any tips re this. Tx. :oD

p.s., forgot to mention that if there is a program we can use, to pls
advise what it is. tx.
