Yes, and they are so busy that it will takes ages to download at
1/4 the usual speed. Forget it for awhile.

Must be all the frustrated IE7 users ;-)

At 3:45 pm PST 10/25, I downloaded the entire file in less than a minute on a
DSL coonnection.
 
Lucky ducky...some of us are stuck with dial-freakin'-up service
and overloaded ISP that hasn't kept up to date equipment for 10
freakin' years.

I'm fortunate, I have my choice of cable, DSL, or dial-up. Soon enough
we'll have FIOS. Since getting my cable internet service seven years ago, I
wonder how I ever put up with slow dial-up.
